The 6.6 Duramax 60 PSI Boost Gauge gives you the ability to easily monitor your 00-06 Chevy’s boost levels from 0 to 60 PSI and is designed for any Silverado 2500HD or 3500HD running high boost pressure. Each Silverado boost gauge ensures your turbo is performing at optimum levels and that it does not overboost causing critical engine damage. A Duramax boost gauge is a great fit for monitoring boost levels in your LB7, LLY or LBZ when you’re getting more boost out of your stock or upgraded turbo. This gauge is ideal for newer or modified Chevy’s running boost levels in the area of about 45 PSI to 55 PSI.

GlowShift Boost T-Fitting Adapters allow you to avoid drilling and tapping your intake manifold by cutting the MAP line and inserting the T-fitting in the two cut ends. The two included hose clamps allow you to tighten the two ends of a MAP line to the T-fitting for an airtight seal which results in extremely accurate boost pressure readings.

A Silverado Trans Temp Gauge is essential for any LB7, LLY or LBZ and goes hand-in-hand with monitoring 00-06 Silverado Allison 1000 transmissions, especially when these diesel trucks are towing heavy loads. Each Duramax trans temp gauge allows you to closely monitor the temperature of your transmission, ensuring that it does not overheat causing significant damage. Once you connect the included electronic transmission temperature sensor with 1/8-27 NPT male threads, this Silverado trans temp gauge will effectively take readings from 80° to 260° Fahrenheit.

The GM Allison 1000 Transmission Line T-Fitting Adapter allows the installation of a 1/8-27 NPT transmission temperature sensor directly onto the 5/8” transmission cooler feed line for extremely accurate readings. This GM Duramax Transmission Cooler Line T-Fitting Adapter includes (1) T-fitting housing with 1/8-27 NPT sensor port, (2) compression nuts and (4) cutting rings that ensure a tight, leak free seal.

This Duramax EGT gauge will ensure that your exhaust temperature is not running too hot which could result in turbo failure. With features like simple Plug and Play connectors for the power and sensor harnesses, this exhaust gas temperature gauge can be activated in no time and will effectively take readings from 0 to 1500° Fahrenheit.

The 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge for the 6.6 Duramax displays readings from 0 to 30 PSI, and is the right gauge for any 00-06 Silverado since they run on lower fuel pressure. This Duramax fuel pressure gauge ensures your fuel pressure is running at peak levels, and that it is not too low which could result in damage to your fuel pump or injectors, resulting in a loss of overall horsepower. The first step for installation is making sure that your Duramax has an aftermarket lift pump: Duramax engines do not have this lift pump to supply fuel to the engine.

Note: When installing this gauge to a GM Duramax engine, an aftermarket lift pump is required for this gauge to function properly. Duramax engines do not have this lift pump to supply fuel to the engine. By adding it, you’ll experience a constant and steady fuel pressure, resulting in increased fuel efficiency, better throttle response, and a smoother idle.
