Policies

• After 14 days of receiving your merchandise all sales are final, you must call us and inform us with any issues prior to the 14^th day, except for holiday gifts, you must contact before January 12^th.
• Any Returns must be in new condition, otherwise no refund will be granted
• Restocking Fee of 20%.
• RA # is required for any shipment back to us.
• 1 Year Gauge warranty covers internal mechanics of each gauge
• Any duplicate orders then have been shipped will receive full refund except shipping.
• Any duplicate orders that haven’t been shipped will receive a full refund.
• If you received the wrong merchandise please call us within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label, and when we receive the incorrect merchandise back we will ship the correct merchandise.
• Any customer that returns a product to our defective department to be tested and the product is labled not defective after extensive testing will be charged a reshipment fee for the product.
• Any customer requesting a cancellation of an order after the order has already been charged to their credit card will be subjected to a 5% cancellation fee.
