Returns:

All returns must be sent back with an RMA Number on the box. You must contact us prior to shipping back the merchandise. Our Receiving Department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied by an RMA Number written on the outside of the package.

Return/Exchange Process:
Please read all terms listed below before beginning process.
1) Contact us at 1888 GS GAUGE to set up the exchange and receive an RMA Number.
2) Ship the product(s), including visible RMA Number to:

3) When package is received it will be checked in and completed.

1. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED beyond 14 days from receiving order.
2. After 14 days of receiving your merchandise all sales are final. You must call and inform us with any issues prior to the 14th day, with the exception of holiday gifts, for which you must contact us before January 1st. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed in December.
3. All returned merchandise for refund must be in new condition, in original packaging with all included accessories.
4. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
5. Required minimum restocking fee of 20% for all returned merchandise.
6. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. Customer is responsible for shipping / insurance to our warehouse. We are not responsible for returned items lost during shipping.
8. Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and will take up to 7 days to process. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and the time to process your return once it is received. Depending on the cycle of your credit / debit card, it may take up to two cycles for the credit to be applied to your account.
9. Any damaged goods should be reported immediately within 5 days of receiving to UPS.
10. Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.

Exchanges:

All exchanges must be sent back with an RMA Number on the box. You must contact us prior to shipping back the merchandise. Our Receiving Department will refuse ALL packages that are not accompanied by an RMA Number written on the outside of the package.

1. All product exchanges must be in brand new condition with original packaging.

2. All exchanges must be handled immediately; we will not accept any exchanges after 14 days.

3. We will not accept any product for exchange if the product has been installed or if accessories are missing.

4. When exchanging, a credit will be given if the item(s) differ in price.

5. The customer is responsible for the price difference if the item(s), exchanging differ in price.

6. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
