As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect communities across the world, GlowShift Gauges remains dedicated to taking all necessary precautions to protect the health and well-being of our team and customers.

Based upon the latest information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in addition to the most recent updates from the Department of Health in our home state of New Jersey, parts of our staff continue to work in a remote capacity while other team members have returned to our office. We will continue to operate in strict accordance with the provided guidelines, and additional members of our staff will return as we receive notification.

Our Customer Support and Technical Support Teams are completely accessible by Phone, Live Chat and Email to assist with any questions you may have during regular business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Eastern. With some of those team members now back in-house, they will all remain committed as always to providing you with the level of professionalism and customer support that you expect from GlowShift Gauges.

Our Fulfillment Center continues to work tirelessly in processing all customer orders as expeditiously as possible. We are still experiencing some delays in product deliveries from our Shipping and Receiving Division, and we cannot guarantee same day shipping for the time being. Additionally, there may be some external delivery services delays as many of our carriers such as USPS, FedEx and UPS are unable to guarantee delivery times regardless of selected service.

We look forward to a time in the near future when every member of the GlowShiftteam is back together again, however we are fully equipped to successfully sustain operations with part of our staff working remotely in the event it is required as a result of COVID-19.
