GlowShift’s goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or having technical issues with a product, please follow the policies detailed below and we will be happy to repair, exchange, or return the products you have purchased.

Guaranteed Same Day Shipping

All orders placed and paid for with UPS shipping selected before 3pm EST Monday thru Friday will be shipped out from our location the same day. Orders with Free Shipping are NOT guaranteed to be shipped out same day unless the $2.50 same day shipping processing fee is paid. Orders with standard shipping are not eligible for same day shipping. Guaranteed shipping does not apply to any order in which there is a problem with verifying the billing address. Any product that is marked "Out of Stock" is not available for this service, but will be shipped when it becomes available. If a product is marked as "In Stock" and is not shipped the same day, we will provide a refund on the ground service shipping price.

Warranty Shipping Responsibility

  • Warranty shipping is only valid in the Continental United States
  • For defective products, GlowShift will cover all shipping charges to and from the customer within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • After 30 days, customers are responsible for sending defective products back to us and GlowShift will pay for the return shipping cost.
  • If a product is returned for testing and is determined to be in perfect working condition by our technical support department, you will then be responsible for ALL shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any package that is lost in transit while being returned to us.
  • Please insure all packages being returned to minimize your liability if your package is lost or damaged.
  • No Exceptions.

Exchanges

  • After 30 days from the date of delivery, all sales are final.
  • Exchanges will only be allowed if we are contacted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Any package being exchanged MUST have an RMA number attached to it. Packages that are received without RMA numbers will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse, and will be sent back to the customer. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting us directly through our customer support, and are only valid for 15 days from the issue date.
  • When exchanging products, all merchandise must be in NEW condition with all of its original packaging, accessories, and instructions manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • If you need to exchange a holiday gift, you must contact us before January 15th. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for orders placed on November 14 through December 25. All returns or exchanges must be in BRAND NEW condition and in the ORIGINAL packaging.

Returns

  • After 30 days from the date of delivery, all sales are final.

  • Your refund will be in the form of your original payment and may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product. Once the refund is submitted it can take 7 to 10 business to appear back into your account or applied to your credit card.

Shipping Error

  • If you received the wrong merchandise, please contact us within 14 days and we will send you a return postage label.
  • Once the merchandise is received back at our location, we will ship out the correct merchandise.
  • All shipping mistakes, incorrect products, or quantities will be shipped out via the same method your original order was shipped.
  • Shipping can be upgraded at your expense.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive your package and the product is damaged, immediately contact GlowShift Customer Support. Once the damaged package is reported, you must keep all contents and original packaging for 7 business days.

Duplicate Orders

  • If the customer accidently places the order twice and the duplicate order has not been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
  • In the event the customer places a duplicate order and the items are shipped, you will receive a full refund and the shipping charge will be deducted.

Order Cancellation

  • If any order needs to be cancelled, you must call us immediately.
  • You can only cancel your order prior to it leaving the warehouse.
  • If the order is shipped out prior to us being notified, the order is subject to all the state return terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for email cancellation requests that are received after your order has been shipped.
  • The only acceptable cancellation method is to call and notify us immediately. All Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This 5% fee covers all credit card related expenses for the cancelled order.

Changing Your Order

  • If you wish to change an item on your order please call us immediately at 1-888-GS-Gauge to request the change.
  • This is the only acceptable method to request a change to your order. Orders can only be changed prior to leaving our warehouse.
  • If an order has already been shipped, you may request an RMA number to send the product back for an exchange.
  • You will then be responsible for any and all related shipping charges.

Refused Packages

  • If you “refuse” a package from our company, you are responsible for any and all charges that are incurred for the shipping.
  • Any refunds issued for “refused” packages will be less any and all shipping charges (original and return shipping charges).
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as all incurred brokerage fees.
  • If you would like to have your order reshipped, you must pay for all shipping charges again along with any return postage costs.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable, or an incomplete address, you are responsible for all reshipment costs.
  • If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued less the cost of all shipping.
  • For International customers, the refund will be less all shipping charges and incurred brokerage fees.

Alternative Shipping Address

  • If you wish to have your package shipped to an alternative address you must still provide the correct billing address in the billing address section of check out. Orders will only ship to alternative address located in the same state as the billing address.

International Customers

  • International customers are responsible for any and all customs, brokerage, and import duty fees that are incurred with international orders.
  • These fees are applied and determined by the shipping carrier based on the country the product is being delivered to.
  • GlowShift is not responsible for these charges and we do not have any further information regarding them.
  • Please do not confuse these charges as additional shipping fees. If you have questions regarding this issue, please contact your local customs office prior to purchasing for more information on any fees you may be assessed.

One Year Limited Warranty and Disclaimer

  • All GlowShift performance products come with a one year limited warranty on the internal parts of the product.
    The 12 month limited warranty does NOT cover improper installation or any physical damage.
  • This warranty starts at the date of purchase. GlowShift will replace or repair any qualifying defective product received by the company before the end of the warranty period.
  • Installation of this product must be performed by a licensed professional. Should the failure of the product be the result of damage occurring as a result of improper installation, alteration of the product or an act or omission on the part of the consumer, this warranty is void.
  • GlowShift does not cover any damages that are the fault of a professional installer. If your product is found to be defective after it is installed GlowShift will cover the product, but will not cover any incurred shop fees.
  • GlowShift shall not be responsible for any consequential damages which arise from the use and/or installation of the product.
  • If the product is installed in any manner other than specified, GlowShift reserves the right to deny any warranty claims at the discretion of the technical support department.
  • The one year warranty is not transferable. Any product return must include the original packaging, a statement of the alleged defect and an RMA number.
  • Upon receipt of the returned product, the company will test the product for defect. If the results of the testing do not support the warranty claim, do not reveal any defect or indicate consumer negligence in the installation and handling of the product, then the product will be returned to you and you will be charged a reshipping fee.
  • If the product is returned from an address within the contiguous United States, within the first 30 days after purchase, and is found to be defective, GlowShift will reimburse to the consumer the cost of the return shipping. This offer does not extend to the cost for shipping charges on any international packages.

Additional Disclaimer Terms

  • Improper installation of electricity-using products such as gauges may cause damage to any vehicle or device to which the improperly handled or installed device is attached.
  • Improperly installed products may cause electrical injury to persons.
  • It is recommended that the kit be installed by a licensed professional.
  • GlowShift assumes no liability for the installation of the product.
  • Warranty or liability will not exceed the product purchase price which shall be buyers sole and exclusive remedy.
  • THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTIES DESCRIBED ON THE FACE HEREOF INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. (GLOWSHIFT GAUGE COMPANY AT IT'S DISCRETION, MAY PROVIDE REMEDY OF RETURN OF PURCHASE PRICE OR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS BUYERS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.)

Bosch Sensors

  • GlowShift Gauges, LLC. offers a 30 day limited warranty on all 3rd party products that are included with any GlowShift product. GlowShift’s Wideband Air/Fuel Gauge set includes a Bosch 4.9 LSU Wideband o2 sensor. GlowShift Gauges, LLC. will exchange any Bosch sensor that is defective within 30 days of the purchase date after it is inspected by our technical support department. This warranty will be voided if shock occurs to the sensor, moister collects on the sensor from it not being installed at the correct angle, or if it is damaged due to your fuel mixture being too rich. Our technical support department will require a picture to verify the sensor is installed at the correct angle. If you are sending the gauge back for inspection, exchange, or refund you must first call our technical support department so they can issue an RMA number for your warranty claim.
