Duramax 60 PSI Boost Gauge

Black 7 Color 60 PSI Boost Gauge

The 6.6L Duramax 60 PSI Boost Gauge gives you the ability to easily monitor your 07-13 GMC’s boost levels from 0 to 60 PSI and is designed for any Sierra 2500HD or 3500HD running high boost pressure. This turbo boost gauge also ensures your turbo is performing at optimum levels and that it does not overboost causing critical engine damage. A boost gauge is a great fit for monitoring boost levels in your LBZ, LMM or LML when you’re getting more boost out of your stock or upgraded turbo. This gauge is ideal for newer or modified GMCs running boost levels in the area of about 30 PSI to 45 PSI, where your truck’s output matches the gauge’s boost pressure level capacity. Whether your 07-13 Sierra is strictly recreational or you’re using it for work applications like hauling heavy loads, this 6.6L Duramax boost gauge will alert you in the event your turbo isn’t creating boost levels that are within the expected range. This gauge also comes with parts required for the install, including 9’ of Boost Line and Compression Fittings.

Duramax Boost Adapter

Duramax Boost T-Fitting Adapter

Duramax Boost Adapter

Duramax Boost T-Fitting Adapter 6.6L Duramax 3/16” MAP Line Boost T-Fitting Adapter

GlowShift’s Boost T-Fitting Adapter allows you to avoid drilling and tapping your intake manifold by cutting the MAP line and inserting the T-fitting in the two cut ends. The two included hose clamps allow you to tighten the two ends of a MAP line to the T-fitting for an airtight seal which results in extremely accurate boost pressure readings. The T-fitting features a 1/8-27 NPT Female thread that can securely hold an electronic boost pressure sensor or compression fittings which run the boost line directly to the back of the gauge.

Duramax Transmission Temp Gauge

Black 7 Color Transmission Temperature Gauge

A Transmission Temperature Gauge is essential for any LBZ, LMM or LML and goes hand-in-hand with monitoring 07-13 Sierra Allison 1000 transmissions, especially when these diesel trucks are towing heavy loads. This gauge allows you to closely monitor the temperature of your transmission, ensuring that it does not overheat causing significant damage. Once you connect the included electronic transmission temperature sensor with ⅛-27 NPT male threads, this trans temp gauge will take accurate readings from 80° to 260° Fahrenheit. One of the major factors in reducing the life of a Sierra’s transmission is overheating, and one of the main reasons a truck transmission overheats is due to the strain of towing larger and heavier amounts of cargo. A Sierra trans temp gauge will monitor transmission temperatures during a larger haul and alert you in the event of temperature spikes. Another issue is older transmission fluid. Older transmission fluid will be less effective at performing its primary functions, one of the most important of which is keeping the system cool. The typical range for transmission fluid temperature is between 175° and 225°, and keeping within that average range is vital to your engine and 6.6L Duramax transmission’s long term performance. By having a trans temp gauge, you’ll be kept one step ahead of any possible issues involving overheating that could potentially seize your transmission.

The GM Allison 1000 Transmission Line T-Fitting Adapter allows the installation of a 1/8-27 NPT transmission temperature sensor directly onto the 5/8” transmission cooler feed line for extremely accurate readings. This GM Duramax Transmission Cooler Line T-Fitting Adapter includes (1) T-fitting housing with 1/8-27 NPT sensor port, (2) compression nuts and (4) cutting rings that ensure a tight, leak free seal. This T-fitting adapter is manufactured from high quality carbon steel with a tough nickel zinc coating that prevents rust over long term use.

Duramax 1500 EGT Gauge

Black 7 Color 1500° F Pyrometer EGT Gauge

The 1500° F Pyrometer EGT Gauge is essential for anyone driving a 2007-2013 Sierra 2500HD/3500HD who is pushing for maximum output out of their 6.6L Duramax diesel engine, taking readings from 0 to 1500 degrees Fahrenheit. This gauge will ensure that your exhaust temperature is not running too hot which could result in turbo failure. The installation process for the included EGT Probe involves drilling and tapping the exhaust manifold to ⅛-27 NPT and then threading and tightening the included EGT Probe. This method will also provide you with extremely accurate temperature readings. An exhaust gas temperature gauge is considered one of the most important LBZ, LMM or LML turbo diesel gauges. Readings up to 1500° apply to most GMC trucks, with this gauge typically being enough to cover the range regardless of the diesel engine size. The 6.6L Duramax 1500 EGT gauge is also designed for Sierras that are traveling longer distances and towing heavy loads, two factors which can at times put more stress on the engine and generate higher exhaust gas temperatures. This GMC EGT gauge comes with everything required for installation, including the 1/8-27 NPT Type K Thermocouple EGT Probe with a Waterproof Connector that features 3’ of steel braided cable and 1/8-27 NPT threads.

Duramax 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge

Black 7 Color 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge

The 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge for the 6.6L Duramax displays readings from 0 to 30 PSI, and is the right gauge for any Sierra since they run on lower fuel pressure. This gauge ensures your fuel pressure is running at peak levels, and that it is not too low which could result in damage to your fuel pump or injectors, resulting in a loss of overall horsepower. The first step for installation is making sure that your Duramax has an aftermarket lift pump. The second step is installing the 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge directly into the aftermarket lift pump. The 30 PSI 6.6L Duramax fuel pressure gauge comes with parts required for installation, including an Electronic Fuel Pressure Sensor with ⅛-27 NPT Male Threads.

Note: When installing this gauge to a GM Duramax engine, an aftermarket lift pump is required for this gauge to function properly. Duramax engines do not have this lift pump to supply fuel to the engine. By adding it, you’ll experience a constant and steady fuel pressure, resulting in increased fuel efficiency, better throttle response, and a smoother idle. After adding the lift pump, you’ll be able to install the 30 PSI Fuel Pressure Gauge directly into it.

Duramax Gauge Pods

GlowShift does not include the 2007 GMC Sierra Classic in its 2007-2013 lineup because it more closely resembles the model that was manufactured for prior years. While the “New Body Style” Sierra GMT-900 was officially unveiled in ‘07, GMC continued to offer the older or “Classic” design as well. It is important to know which version of the 2007 Sierra you have, since many of the parts for these trucks cannot be used for both. Features of the 2007 GMC Sierra Classic Body Style include a two-piece headlight assembly, a grille bar that separates the headlights, the “GMC” logo on the tailgate, and more.
