Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee has you covered. If anything you purchase from us fails to live up to your expectations, we will issue a refund or exchange for the undamaged product within 30 days of the original purchase date.It's that simple.

All you have to do is contact us at 1.888.GS.GAUGE and one of our Customer Support Specialists will be happy to prepare your return or exchange and provide you with an RMA number. Once you receive your RMA number, you can send your insured package back to us to the following address:

When we receive your package, one of our skilled return specialists will check in your package within 48 hours. You will receive an email or phone call letting you know the status of your return or exchange.

Some policies to keep in mind:
  • After 30 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.
  • Returns & exchanges will only be permitted if GlowShift is contacted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • When returning any GlowShift product, all merchandise must be in the original packaging and contain all accessories and instruction manuals. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items.
  • All sensors must be in a sealed plastic bag when returning Fuel Pressure Gauges.
  • All EGT probes must be in a sealed plastic bag when returning Exhaust Temperature Gauges.
  • All mounting hardware must be packaged in a sealed plastic bag.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please make sure you insure your package, as we are unable to refund or replace merchandise that is returned damaged, or even lost!
  • Any product that is being returned MUST have an RMA number attached to it. Packages that are received without an RMA number will be refused upon delivery to our warehouse and will be sent back to you. RMA numbers can be obtained by contacting our customer support and are only valid for 15 days from the issue date.
  • If you are returning a holiday gift, you must contact GlowShift before January 31st. Holiday gift returns are only eligible for website and phone orders placed from November 1st through December 25th. All holiday sales are final on February 1st.
  • When exchanging an item for one of greater cost, you are responsible to pay any product price differences before the new product can be shipped out.
  • GlowShift will cover the shipping of the new product to the customer if the value is over $50.00, otherwise there will be a $6.99 shipping charge that the customer is responsible for.
  • We will issue your refund in the form of your original payment and may take up to 7 days to process once we receive the product. Once your refund is submitted, it can take 7 to 10 business days to post to your bank account or be applied to your credit card.
