Factory Color Matched Ford Excursion Gauge Pods at GlowShift
Factory color matched gray and tan pillar pods are available that have been designed to specifically match the factory interior of the 00-05 Excursion with a 6.0 Powerstroke or 7.3 Powerstroke. After these pods are installed, they will seamlessly blend in with the factory color of the model they were made for. When we manufacture gauge pods, our primary goal from start to finish in the design process is ensuring that each pod precisely matches the make and model it was built for in every way. These gauge pods are identical to the color of an Excursion’s interior down to the specific shade of the factory color that was used. The black versions of the Excursion pillar gauge pods can also be painted using ABS plastic paint for a custom fit and finish.
How Do I Install GlowShift Gauge Pods for the Ford Excursion?
Installing Excursion gauge pods is a breeze with GlowShift. These pillar pods are an overlay and mount to the factory A-pillar. We include color matched flush mount push-in fasteners that will make sure the pod is secure. You’ll also have installation instructions that walk you through the process step by step. Begin by removing the factory A-pillar and mock your gauge pod up to the factory A-pillar trim in the location where you are planning to mount it. Use a scoring tool to mark the location on the factory A-Pillar where you plan to mount the gauge pod with the fasteners. Install your gauges in the pod by following the instructions that are included with them. Install the gauge pod to the factory A-pillar using the fasteners by pressing them in firmly.
