*Same day shipping service guarantee requires the order to be placed by 3 pm EST in order to be shipped out the same day. Any order placed after 3 pm EST time on a Friday will ship out the following Monday.  Orders placed on a holiday or over the holiday weekend will be shipped the following business day.  The shipping guarantee assumes that payment is verified the same day the order is placed. If payment is not verified the same day, then the shipping guarantee starts from the day payment verification is received.  If shipping information is incorrect or incomplete the same day shipping guarantee does not apply.  Same day shipping does not apply to special orders or out of stock products.
