It doesn’t get much easier to install an aftermarket fuel pressure sensor in your Ford car or truck, thanks to our Fuel Rail Thread Adapter that we made specifically for Ford vehicles. If your Ford has a Multiport Fuel Injected Engine with a Schrader Valve on the Fuel Rail, you’re good to go.
This Ford fuel rail pressure adapter came to be for a few different reasons. The first is that we heard from you guys directly. You were looking for a shortcut to installing fuel pressure senders, and we wanted to make it happen. Another reason had to do with our Mustang Build Series where we totally overhauled a 2017 Mustang GT S550. As part of the mods we installed a fuel pressure gauge and were looking for the quickest and easiest way to get it done. The other reason is that we have a similar adapter for Chevy models which has gotten a lot of positive feedback. So we’re confident this Ford fuel pressure gauge adapter will get the same kind of response.
Along with being easy to use, it’s a solid fitting that’s machined from aluminum with a sleek black finish. There’s a Schrader Valve Thread Port and a 1/8-27 NPT Sensor Thread Port which is standard for most fuel pressure senders. This fuel rail thread adapter is made to last, so once it’s installed it’ll get the job done.
Start by threading the fuel pressure sensor into the Ford fuel pressure adapter. Then all you have to do is remove the cap from the fuel pressure test port and thread in the adapter and sensor. You don’t even have to remove the Schrader Valve in the process. With those simple steps the adapter and sensor will be installed.
We wanted this fuel rail adapter to be accessible to as many Ford vehicles as possible. That’s why it works with classics all the way up to the latest Ford cars and trucks. Get a fuel pressure sensor installed in no time with our Ford fuel rail thread adapter so you can monitor fuel pressure and make sure levels are optimal.
