If you keep postponing the installation of a wideband gauge because of the time and effort that goes into installing the oxygen sensor, we get it. We’ve been there too. Once you start looking at the prospect of welding and making permanent modifications, you start wondering if it’s something that can wait. And that’s usually what ends up happening.
Well, no worries. We got you covered. This is exactly why we created our Clamp-On Wideband Oxygen Sensor Bung Adapter. With this car oxygen sensor bung adapter, the need for welding and anything else that goes along with a drawn-out installation process is out of the picture.
This no weld oxygen sensor bung is completely DIY-friendly. With a few simple steps it’ll be in place, and then you can connect your wideband O2 sensor. Just find the spot on your exhaust system where you want to install the sensor, drill a 15/16” hole, clamp on the adapter, thread in the sensor, and you’re good to go.
Yep, it’s really that easy. And we made sure these adapters would last. We made them out of 304 Stainless Steel so they’ll be able to stand up over the test of time. You’ll have any hardware needed for the install too, including an exhaust gasket, bolts, a removable spacer and more.
There are four different sizes to choose from: 2-¾”-3”, 2-1/4”-2-1/2”, 1-¾”-2”, and 3-1/4”-3-1/2”. We expanded the number of sizes we have available to cover 90% of the exhaust systems our customers have. But if you’re looking for a size you don’t see here, all you have to do is drop us a line and we’ll see what we can do.
So take the stress out of installing your wideband gauge once and for all with our no weld bung adapter. After deciding which size works best with your application, your wideband oxygen sensor will be installed in no time.
