Installed gauges last week. They work as advertised. Instructions were well written. However, the trans sensor wires were about 1' too short. Just a pain in the butt, but not a deal breaker. Then I cut into the extension to splice in some 16 gauge wire, however the glowshift wire is super thin, 20ga or less. Too small to work with typical electrical crimp fittings. So I decided to solder it. Then the insulation was so cheap that it started melting up the wire before the solder melted. I've been performing electrical work on cars, trucks, and boats for 20 years and have decent tools. Next criticism is the dimming mode. 30% is not nearly enough. They're way too bright at night. Maybe that's why they created the tinted series?
