MaxTow Black & Blue Double Vision™ 60 PSI Exhaust Pressure Gauges measure how much exhaust pressure is driving your truck’s turbo in comparison to the amount of boost pressure being produced. The optimal ratio of exhaust pressure levels to boost pressure levels is 1:1, which will lead to peak performance in a turbo diesel engine. This diesel exhaust back pressure gauge displays exhaust pressure readings from 0 to 60 PSI with pinpoint precision. This truck exhaust back pressure gauge kit comes with everything required for installation. Included you’ll receive an Electronic Pressure Sensor, Copper Cooling Tubing, Compression Fittings, Wiring Harnesses, Mounting Hardware and more. Detailed Installation Instructions walk you through the exhaust drive pressure gauge install step by step.
MaxTow 60 PSI Exhaust Pressure Gauges for trucks feature sensor and power harnesses with extended lengths for added flexibility during installation. The sensor harness is 9’ and the power harness is 5’, assuring you’ll have more than enough wiring for a seamless install. Easily attach both harnesses to the back of this exhaust manifold pressure gauge for trucks by utilizing Plug and Play connectors.
MaxTow Black & Blue Double Vision™ Gauges feature a black gauge dial and blue LED display with an illuminated red needle. Get the classic look of an analog gauge combined with a blue digital numerical readout. This 2-1/16” (52mm) gauge is equipped with stepper motor technology which allows for all needle movement to be exceptionally smooth and all gauge readings to be extremely accurate. Brightness Recall retains the previous brightness setting before the truck is powered down.

Boost pressure and exhaust pressure go hand-in-hand with the performance of a turbo-charged diesel engine. Exhaust pressure, or exhaust drive pressure, is produced when exhaust builds up and is trying to escape from the engine. When boost pressure is increased, exhaust pressure will increase incrementally as well. Basically, the more boost you run, the more drive pressure you’ll get and engine performance can decrease. At the same time, lowering boost pressure will also cause exhaust pressure to decrease. The optimal ratio is 1:1, which will lead to solid performance in a turbo diesel engine. That ratio is not easy to reach, but the goal is to get as close to it as possible.
